The second edition will build on strengths of the first, with in-depth coverage of research methods, recruitment, the relationship between mental ability and performance, extended coverage of financial incentives and executive compensation, and new coverage of workplace stress, teams, and multicultural socialization. As with the first edition, the chapter sequence will follow a "levels" perspective; that is, individual-level behavior will be the focus of the first part of the book, followed by group-level behavior, and finally behavior from an organizational or "macro" perspective.
