Her particular interests include cancer pain and end stage organ disease prognostication.Dr Neo Han Yee is a Senior Consultant Geriatrician and Head of the Department of Palliative Medicine in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He has a clinical interest in chronic breathlessness and has helped developed integrated palliative rehabilitation programs for patients with advanced lung diseases. Dr Neo also has a keen interest in end-of-life care ethics and currently chairs the Clinical Ethics Committee at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.Dr Poi Choo Hwee is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Palliative Medicine in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). She is currently the clinical lead for integrating palliative care in the ICU.
