This book is organized around a consideration of the seven core contradictions that are at the center of almost all conflicts.These seven dilemmas include: competition and cooperation, optimism and realism, emotions and logic, avoidance and engagement, principle and compromise, neutrality and advocacy, and autonomy and community.  Using stories, experiences, and reflective exercises to bring these to life, the author will provide tools and examples which will provide a practical approach for working with these contradictions.
