In their classic book, Influence Without Authority, Allan Cohen and David Bradford provided a universal model of how to influence someone you don't control.  This new book will build on those ideas. It will include many new examples from tech companies, the main content addition  is a new chapter about georgraphically dispersed virtual teams, often international in composition. This is increasingly a condition managers and companies face, and raises many questions about communication, technology and media.
