In recent decades, Polyoxmethylene (POM) has been positioned on the market as a high performance engineering polymer with increasing worldwide demand, particularly in the automotive, electronics, medical, and consumer goods industries. In order to meet this new demand in applications, an increased variety of POM compounds are now available. Despite this increased interest in POM, there has not been a book devoted to this compound.
